Nicole Deddens is a Partner in Bocarsly Emden.  She represents affordable housing developers (both for profit and nonprofit) and investors in commercial, mixed use and residential developments. In particular, she has knowledge and experience in the development and finance of affordable housing, historic buildings and projects utilizing (1) tax credits, such as federal and state low-income housing tax credits and historic tax credits, (2) development incentives, such as tax abatement and tax increment financing and (3) federal funds, HOME Investment Partnership Act funds, FHA-insured loans and tax-exempt bonds.

Ms. Deddens received her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 1997 and her Juris Doctor degree in 2000 from the University of California at Los Angeles.  In 2001 Ms. Deddens was a Women's Law and Public Policy Fellow at Georgetown University Law Center.
