Lauren B. Fechter is Of Counsel to Bocarsly
Emden. She practices general real estate law with an emphasis
on affordable housing, where she represents developers (both for
profit and nonprofit) and investors in connection with the acquisition,
financing and syndication of real estate projects utilizing the
low-income housing tax credit. In particular, Ms. Fechter counsels
clients in the development and finance of affordable housing utilizing
federal and state low-income housing tax credits and new markets
tax credit, tax abatement, and federal funds, including Community
Development Block Grants, HOME Investment Partnership Act funds,
HUD program funds and tax-exempt bonds. |
